BOOKING TERMS

In order to confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your safari is required. This deposit must be submitted promptly after you confirm your booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance, encompassing the final payment, is due 70 days prior to your arrival date in Tanzania. We recommend keeping track of these dates to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To guarantee availability, especially during our peak travel season—which spans from June to February, including the busy Christmas holiday period—it's advisable to book your safari as early as possible. For those interested in personalized or custom safari packages, along with additional excursions or activities, we suggest making reservations at least eight weeks in advance. This allows us to tailor your experience and ensure all your preferred options are available.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you notify us in writing to initiate the cancellation process. Please be aware that cancellation fees will apply, which are outlined as follows:

1. If you cancel 70 days or more before your arrival, a charge of 25% of the total booking cost will be incurred.
2. If you cancel between 69 to 40 days before your scheduled arrival, the cancellation fee will increase to 45% of the total cost.
3. For cancellations made 39 to 21 days prior to arrival, the charge will be 75% of the total cost.
4. If you cancel 20 days or fewer before your arrival date, unfortunately, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.

It is also important to note that any unused portions of the safari or tour packages are non-refundable, so we encourage you to carefully consider your travel plans. Thank you for understanding our policies, and we look forward to assisting you with a memorable safari experience!
